Giving Hope to Humanity

At Udo, we intend to change the world, improving patients’ lives and enhancing critical health care communications. Alongside our work, we plan to give back in many other ways as well.

Alongside our work, we plan to give back in many other ways as well. One way Udo can give back directly to people’s lives is through our new charitable division, Udo Gives. Udo Gives is a 501c3 designated organization that strives to fulfill our vision of giving hope to humanity. We seek to fulfill this vision through our mission to connect and empower humanity through giving.

Casey and Jodi Smith

Casey and Jodi Smith have six incredible children, ranging from the ages of five to 19. The past few years, these children have experienced true devastation when they lost their father to a brain tumor in August of 2019. Then, on May 10, 2021, their mother, Jodi, lost her four-year battle with ovarian cancer.

Jodi’s younger sister, Annie, and her husband, Nick, have graciously welcomed all six of Jodie’s children into their home to live with them and their own five kids in Bountiful, Utah. Nick and Annie plan to sell…

Nominations

Udo Gives strives to fulfill our vision of giving hope to humanity. We seek to fulfill this vision through our mission to connect and empower humanity through giving. We need your help! Help us identify worthy candidates for our foundation. Do you know of a deserving person who is struggling? Or are you someone facing a challenge and need help holding on to hope? Either way, let us know about it by filling out this nomination form and returning to [email protected]. Before filling out a nomination form, please review our qualifying criteria listed to the right. If your nomination meets our criteria, it will move on to the selection process. The selection committee will then make a final determination as to whether the project is approved. Once approved, the project moves into our planning and execution phase and you will be contacted by a project manager.

Qualifications Criteria

  A legal resident or Citizen of the United States of America

Not convicted of a felony

Able to obtain approval from a doctor, if necessary

  Unable to fulfill the project on your own

  You are someone in need (including persons with chronic illness, disability, or elderly)
