Terms of Use Apple

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UdoCam software application (the “App”) and related services (the “Service”) provided by Udo Social, LLC (“Udo,” “we,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.  

1. Agreement with Udo and Apple  

These Terms are between you and Udo, not Apple. Udo is responsible for the App and its content. If conflicts arise between these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service, Apple’s terms apply. You must comply with third-party agreements when using the App.  

2. Access and Use  

You agree not to: 

Copy, modify, or distribute any material from the App without permission. 
Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality. 
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s servers.  You confirm that you: 
Are at least 4 years old (with parental consent where required). 
Are not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country. 
Are not on any U.S. Government restricted list.  We may modify, withdraw, or limit access to the App at any time without notice or liability.

3. License & Ownership  

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. You cannot sell, distribute, or transfer the App to others.

  4. Security & Privacy  

You are responsible for securing your personal information and should only use the App on secure networks. You must: 

Keep login credentials confidential. 
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. 
Properly exit your account after each session.

We reserve the right to disable accounts for security concerns or violations of these Terms.  

5. Subscription & Fees  

Free Version

  A limited free version of the App is available.  

Pro Version  

UdoCam Pro offers additional features for:

 $4.99 per month or 
$39.99 per year (billed annually).

Payment & Renewal

 Subscriptions are billed automatically via your selected payment method. 
Your subscription renews unless canceled before the next billing cycle. 
You will be notified of price changes.

Cancellation & Refunds

 You may cancel at any time via your account settings. 
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
 No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.

  6. User Content & Conduct  

You are responsible for any content (“User Contributions”) you submit. User Contributions must not: 

Contain defamatory, obscene, violent, or unlawful material. 
Promote discrimination, illegal activities, or infringe on intellectual property rights. 
Misrepresent identities or engage in unauthorized commercial activities.

By using the App, you grant Udo and other users a license to view, access, and interact with your User Contributions.  

We reserve the right to: 

Remove any content at our discretion. 
Disclose user identities when required by law. 
Take legal action for violations, including suspending accounts.

7. Intellectual Property  

The App, its content, and its trademarks (including “UdoCam” and its logo) are owned by Udo and protected under copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the App’s content without permission.  

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability 

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance. 
Udo and Apple are not responsible for damages beyond the cost of the App or subscription fees paid.

If the App fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may request a refund from Apple for any App Store charges.  

9. Disputes & Governing Law  

These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah. Any disputes must be litigated in state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
